Don’t Mind Me
A collection of advice, experiences, and products with a mission to provide as much help as possible to improve and maintain mental clarity.

My name is Hannah Oliveira and I am a first-year journalism student at Cal Poly. I am a passionate advocate for mental health, especially in college.
My journey with mental health started when I was 13 years old and sitting in my first therapist’s office. Anxiety and depression had taken control of my mind and body. Over the past 5 years, I have found a love for mental health advocacy and creating an open and honest conversation to encourage others to take back their mental health!
This blog is intended to create a positive space that offers access to information on mental health.
“What mental health needs is more sunshine, more candor, and more unashamed conversation”
